Traveler Responsibilities

  1. By submitting your transaction online, you confirm that the spelling of all passenger names listed above are correct and is how they appear in their travel documentation.
  2. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the passenger(s) have the appropriate documentation (Passport/Visa/ID card etc.) to gain entry to the chosen destination and entry into Canada upon return.
  3. It is important that you ensure that you check the names, destinations, dates, and hotel before completing your booking.
  4. Airlines may change flight schedules and terminals at any time.

Security and Verification

  1. For your protection, a BNW Travel Management representative may call or email you to confirm your details and delivery information.
  2. For bookings made using a third-party credit card, BNW Travel Management may require the cardholder to provide identification documents.

Liability and Indemnification

  1. If for any reason, any travel supplier is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the travel supplier, and not against BNW Travel Management.
  2. If your credit card as the form of payment is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to BNW Travel Management via another payment method immediately.

Hotel Concierge Service
